Lena Joppich

Lena Joppich started their career in 2010 as a Dual Student at E.ON Westfalen Weser AG. Lena worked there as a Sachbearbeiter Personalmanagement from July 2013 to September 2013. Alongside, they also worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg from November 2013 to January 2015. In 2015, they joined HAPEKO Hanseatisches Personalkontor Deutschland GmbH as a Personalberatung und Headhunt for a year. Lena then worked at Truckxxgroup Verwaltungs GmbH as a Personalwesen from October 2016 to October 2017. Currently, they are working at WAGNER Group GmbH holding the position of Personalreferentin/ HR since October 2017 and later becoming the Head of HR Administration in March 2023.

Lena Joppich completed their education chronologically as follows. From 2010 to 2013, they attended Hochschule Weserbergland, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Subsequently, they enrolled at Leuphana University of Lüneburg from 2013 to 2016, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Management & Human Resources. From 2022 to 2023, Lena pursued further studies at WINGS Professional Studies - Wismar University, specializing in Systemischer Business Coaching.
