Heather Burton, MBA

Heather Burton, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in various roles in the field of business process management and lean manufacturing. Heather is currently serving as the Business Process Manager at Wagner Spray Tech since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Emerson Process Management for over 16 years, where they held several positions, including Lean Program / Project Manager, Planning & Materials Manager, Lean Enterprise Project Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, coordinated business process and system implementations, identified and implemented process/system improvement projects, and managed continuous improvement projects. Additionally, they have experience in inside sales.

Heather Burton, MBA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 1994 and 1999. Following this, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of St. Thomas from 2004 to 2008.
