Jessica Featherstone

Jessica Featherstone has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jessica began their career as a Flight Attendant Instructor at Mesaba Airlines in 1996 and transitioned to the role of Membership Manager at YWCA in 1997. In 2000, they joined Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions as a District Sales Manager, and later became a Regional Manager. From 2001 to 2015, Jessica worked at Ridge Tool Company, where they held various positions including Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager. Jessica'sresponsibilities at Ridge Tool included sales, negotiation, forecasting, and managing the RIDGID brand product line. In 2015, they joined PPG Industries as a National Account Manager before moving on to their current position as Director of Sales at Wagner Spray Tech in February 2021.

Jessica Featherstone received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1992, they attended the University of North Dakota. Later, in 2011 to 2013, they obtained their MBA in Business from Augsburg University.
