Rick Ayres

Rick Ayres currently serves as the VP of Sales for the Americas at WAGO Corporation since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ayres held multiple positions at Omron Automation, including Director of Sales for both the West Region (US & Canada) and the Central Region (US), overseeing all aspects of direct and distributor sales in these territories. Ayres brought extensive experience from previous roles at Balluff Inc. as Sales Director, and at SMC Corporation of America as Branch/Sales Manager, among others. Ayres began the professional journey as a Sales Engineer at Keyence and Honeywell before transitioning into sales management roles. Ayres holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and completed the Omron Strategic Leadership Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
