Susan Sterling

Susan Sterling is an accomplished professional in product development and innovation with a robust background in the beauty industry. As the Vice President of Product Development at WagWell since October 2024, Susan previously held the role of Head of Product Development at Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi (September 2022 - May 2024) and served as Executive Director of Product Development, Innovation & Marketing at The Avon Company (April 2017 - July 2021). Past positions include Senior Director of Product Development and Color Innovation at Mana Products, Product Development Consultant at L'Oréal and The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and a significant tenure at Chanel in product development. Susan launched a successful career as an international makeup artist from 1982 to 2001, collaborating with renowned photographers and publications. Susan holds a Certified Color Specialist degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
