Melody Kauffman

Melody Kauffman has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melody started their career in 2001 as an AVP-Commercial Underwriting at Lincoln General Insurance Company, where they managed a department and oversaw budgeting and employee development. In 2009, they became an Owner/Managing Partner at Curves, handling all aspects of the business, including personnel management and operation of systems. Melody then worked as a Substitute Teacher at York County School of Technology in 2015. Currently, they are associated with Work At Home Vintage Experts LLC, starting as a Qualifying Specialist in 2015 and progressing to roles like Placement Specialist, Placement Team Manager, and Vice President, Placement. Melody's expertise spans insurance, education, and remote work.

Melody Kauffman attended the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors from 1978 to 2009, where they studied Agency Management, Life & Health, Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Advanced Truckers. Prior to this, they completed their Business Education degree at William Penn Senior High School.
