Zac Prichard

Zac Prichard currently serves as the Service Business Leader at Waibel Energy Systems, overseeing billing operations, service report reviews, and the customer care team, in addition to managing resource coordinators and contractual agreements. With a diverse background in project management as a Kix Start Project Manager, Zac has experience in remote installations of BuildingLogix and HVAC systems. Previous roles include Facilities Manager for Vandalia Butler Schools, where Zac managed Building Automation Systems and coordinated staff tasks, and Lead Groundsman for Xenia Schools, focusing on grounds operations. Zac’s earlier career at the City of Lebanon involved managing environmental systems and public works operations. Zac holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.
