Kris Kirchner, P.E. has over 23 years of experience in the environmental field including air permitting and compliance, preparation of Title V site operating permit applications and deviation reports, emission inventory reporting, SARA 312/Texas Tier II reporting, SARA 313/Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, Greenhouse Gas permit applications, NSR permit amendments and applications, atmospheric dispersion modeling studies of air pollutants using AERMOD, ISC, and SCREEN3 to satisfy both state (health effects analyses, property line standards, state NAAQS and federal requirements (NAAQS, PSD Increment). He has been with Waid Environmental since 1997.
