Sarah Thom

Sarah Thom has over 8 years of experience in the environmental field while working at Waid Environmental and as an intern with the USEPA. Her experiences at Waid have included performing air permitting work for various industries in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

These experiences involve the preparation of New Source Review, Title V, and Flexible Permit renewals and amendments; extensive on-site compliance, permitting, and reporting support alongside clients’ environmental teams; emissions estimation and specification of stack parameters; preparation of Permits by Rule applications for TCEQ permits; preparation of Emission Inventories (Texas and Louisiana); preparation of SARA Title III (Texas Tier II and Toxic Release Inventory) reports; regulatory analysis; and evaluation of compliance requirements and creation of regulatory compliance tools.
