With extensive experience in direct selling and management, Donna has held leadership positions at Color Street as Executive Director since October 2017, after briefly serving as Senior Director. Prior roles include Director at Nerium International from November 2014 to October 2017 and Region Manager at lia sophia jewelry from July 2005 to October 2014, focusing on empowering women to start their own businesses. Donna's educational background includes an AAS in Fashion from Berkeley College and multiple degrees in Business Administration and Management and Retail Management from Montclair State University, all obtained between 1984 and 1986.
