Neill Potts is an accomplished sports performance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Performance Team Director at the Western Australian Institute of Sport since July 2019, Potts previously worked as a High Performance Consultant at Red Team Performance and held the position of Head of Athletic Performance with the Scottish Rugby Union from June 2010 to June 2017. Earlier positions include Head of Sports Science and Conditioning at Edinburgh Rugby, Assistant National Athletic Performance Co-ordinator at Scottish Rugby Union, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at sportscotland institute of sport. Potts holds a PhD in Skill Acquisition from The University of Edinburgh and a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online.
