Charlie Kowalski

Charlie Kowalski has over 25 years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Food Service Development & Delivery Manager at Waitrose & Partners since 2007. In this senior management role, Charlie leads collaborative efforts to enhance profitability and customer experience in meat and fish counters on a national level. Previous positions at Waitrose included Performance Support Manager and Regional Catering Manager, focusing on commercial initiatives and service delivery. Prior to joining Waitrose, Charlie held leadership roles at John Lewis, where responsibilities included overseeing retail catering operations, and gained experience in management and culinary roles at Compass Group, Elior, Channel 4, and the House of Commons. Charlie holds degrees in Hospitality Management and Catering from Westminster Kingsway College.
