Jo Stephens is an experienced product and trading manager with a diverse background in e-commerce and retail. Currently serving as a Mobile Apps Product Manager at Waitrose & Partners since June 2023, Jo previously held various roles at John Lewis Partnership, including Online Trade Optimisation Lead and Business Development Manager for Fashion, Home & Electricals Online. Jo's expertise also extends to positions at Tesco PLC as a Web Trading Manager, focusing on tech categories, and as Head of eCommerce at Pottermore, the official platform for purchasing J.K.
