Luke Horwath

Luke Horwath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and retail strategy. Currently serving as CX Lead at Waitrose & Partners, Luke previously held the position of Head of Retail UK & RoI at Nestlé Nespresso SA, where achievements included a global award for innovative retail strategy and significantly enhancing customer metrics. Prior roles include Senior Customer Experience Manager at Sky, where strategic improvements were implemented across the customer journey, and various positions at PlusNet, culminating in the role of Head of CX, where impactful process enhancements were achieved. Luke holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with Combined Sciences from the University of the West of England.
