Sam Angell is currently the Head of Product Innovation at Waitrose & Partners and has held the role of Head of Innovation at Sainsbury's from 2022 to 2024. Previously, Sam served as a Director at Total Buying Solutions from 2009 to 2015 and worked as a Group NPD Controller at Elisabeth the Chef from 2006 to 2009. Sam earned a BSc in Food Technology from The University of Reading in 1993.
