Don Koo

Don Koo has over 20 years of work experience in the structural steel industry. Don started their career at Dowco Group of Companies in 1998 as a Structural Steel Detailer and Tekla Technical Support Representative. Don then moved on to M&D Drafting Langley/Surrey in 2003 as a Senior Steel Detailer until 2006. Currently, they are working at Waiward Industrial LP as an Operations Lead since 2007.

Don Koo earned a Certificate of Trades in Architectural Design and Drafting from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 1994-1995. Don then obtained another Certificate of Trades in Structural Steel Detailing from the same institute in 1997-1998. Don Koo later pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology at The University of British Columbia.
