Lisa Pearson is an experienced professional in process improvement and project management, currently serving as the Process Improvement Manager at Waiward Industrial since June 2023, where efforts are focused on enhancing operational excellence through system and workflow improvements. Prior to this role, Lisa contributed to business growth at Oil Country Computers by streamlining technical processes and enhancing training for the Technical Support Team from July 2021 to May 2023. At JV Driver Group, from February 2007 to June 2021, Lisa held various positions including Manager of Document Control, Project Manager, and Manager of Human Resources & Labor Relations, overseeing multiple high-value projects and managing critical aspects of document control, HR, and union relations. Lisa holds a Project Management Certificate from the University of Alberta obtained in 2010.

Waiward Steel Fabricators Ltd. is an Alberta based steel fabricating company with a history of over 30 years in the fabrication and installation of structural and misc. steel, platework, conveying systems, bridge girders, material handling equipment, piperacks. As one of the largest and most automated fabrication facilities in Canada, Waiward has the equipment and crane capacity to handle oversized components. Waiward is certified under CSA Standard W47.1 Div 1 and comply with CSA Standard W59 and S16.1 Quality Assurance - ISO 9001-1994 Certified. Welding Inspection to AWS QCI-88 and comply with AWS D1.1 and D1.5. Members of Canadian Institute of Steel Construction, Canadian Welding Bureau, Edmonton Steel Fabricators Association, Edmonton Construction Association, Canadian Manufacturers Association, and Alberta Safety Association. Won 1992 CISC Award for most effect and complex use of structural steel on the Edmonton City Hall project. Won 1999 StruCad Detailing award for most complex overall design for North America.
