Joe Rydel

Joe Rydel has an extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Marketing Rep. Trainee at Caterpillar Inc. from 2001 to 2002. Joe then moved to Ziegler Caterpillar where they held various roles, including Inside Parts and Service Sales Representative, Industrial Customer Support Manager, Product Support Manager, Product Manager, and General Manager of Product Support. From 2013 to 2014, Joe was the President of Raptor Mining Products Inc. In 2015, they joined Wajax, where they held roles such as Operations Manager - Mining West, VP Operations in Northern AB, Director of Business Development and Operations in Oil Sands, and Vice President of Mining Operations on a national level starting in 2022.

Joe Rydel completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Dakota in 2001. Joe then went on to earn their MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2014.
