Kathy Osterland

Kathy Osterland has held various HR-related positions throughout their career. Kathy has experience in roles such as Human Resources Advisor, Senior Recruiter, HR/LR Manager, and Director of Corporate Services. Kathy has worked for companies like URS Flint, Pacer Corporation, Solex Thermal Science, NorthPoint Technical Services, and most recently at Wajax, where they held roles leading Learning & Development and HR Systems. Throughout their career, they have been involved in developing HR departments, managing labor relations, and overseeing corporate services.

Kathy Osterland completed a Business Administration Human Resources Diploma at Mount Royal University in 2007. Prior to that, they studied Psychology and Computer Sciences at Red Deer Polytechnic, graduating in 2005. Kathy is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Management part-time at Athabasca University. Kathy obtained the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification from CPHR Canada in December 2010.
