Vanessa Glave

Vanessa Glave, CRHA, has a solid background in collections and administrative roles, currently serving as Collections Manager at Wajax since June 2018, having progressed through positions including Collections Supervisor, Collections Team Lead, and Collections Specialist. Prior to Wajax, Vanessa worked at the Centre universitaire de santé McGill et IR-CUSM from March 2016 to June 2018 as an Administrative Agent, where responsibilities included patient care services, training, and performance evaluation. Early career experience includes a role as Cashier Customer Service at L'inter Marché Lagoria from May 2009 to November 2016. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resource Management and a minor in Financial Reporting from Concordia University, complemented by a Pre-University Program in Commerce from Vanier College.
