Florence Falliès has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Florence started their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Essex in 1995. Florence then worked as a Software Developer at Parasolid, PLM XML, and JT Open from 1996 to 2000. At ALTEN, they held various roles such as Senior Consultant, Helpdesk Engineer, and Software Developer from 2000 to 2004.

Florence then joined SYSTRAN as a Manager of Technical Support in 2004 for a year. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at CAST, a software editor, as a Director of Technical Support. Florence managed a team of 18 people and was responsible for implementing support processes and creating a Technical Knowledge Base.

In 2018, they joined Ingenico Group as the Head of Customer Support Level 2, where they oversaw an international department of 12 people. Their responsibilities included implementing support processes, planning working hours, and optimizing recruitment and training programs.

Florence then joined Kyriba in 2019 as the Director of Customer Support EMEA, managing a multi-site department with a team of 20 people. Their role involved change management and team management.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Believe as the Director of Customer Care and Support. Florence led a team of 50+ members and was responsible for structuring a multicultural international department, developing a customer care approach, and implementing process automation.

Currently, Florence Falliès works at Wakam as the Director of Data Run & Customer Support, starting in 2022.

Florence Falliès earned a Ph.D in Plasma and High-Temperature Physics from Pierre and Marie Curie University, completing their studies between 1991 and 1994. In addition, they obtained a certification in Cambridge English Proficiency from the University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education in 1996.
