Matthew Simon

Matthew Simon is a seasoned data professional currently serving as VP of Data at Wakam since July 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Data Science Director at Doctolib from January 2021 to June 2023, contributing to one of Europe's largest eHealth companies. Matthew also held significant positions at AXA, leading claims and fraud data innovation in a dedicated data innovation lab, and at Quantium as a Senior Consultant in data science and strategy. Previous experience includes actuarial roles at AMP and Plan B Wealth Management. Matthew's educational background includes fellow status from The Institute of Actuaries, a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Curtin University, and a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
