Sérgio Pinto

Sérgio Pinto has a strong background in operations and project management. Sérgio began their career at SAP Portugal as a Trainee in 2005. After that, they joined Novabase, where they held various roles including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Associate Manager from 2005 to 2016. In 2016, Sérgio moved to ITGest, where they worked as Head of Global Operations and later as Head of Operations until 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Operations at Wakaru since January 2021. Overall, Sérgio has demonstrated expertise in managing operations and projects throughout their career.

Sérgio Pinto's education history begins with their high school education at Gymnase de Nyon-Marens, where they studied economics from 1992 to 1997. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Informatics and Management at Universidade do Minho from 2000 to 2005, specializing in Information Technology Project Management. Later, in 2009 to 2010, Sérgio attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they obtained a Master's degree in Performance Management.

In addition to their formal education, Sérgio has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they obtained a certification in SAP Netweaver from SAP. In 2018, they achieved the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Most recently, in 2022, Sérgio became a SAP Certified Associate - SAP Activate Project Manager.
