Andrea Leszek has extensive experience in technology and business operations, primarily with Salesforce since March 2000, where roles have included Chief Operating Officer of Technology and Executive Vice President of Technology, overseeing engineering, agile methodologies, and employee engagement. Leszek has also led initiatives focused on communication and enablement for partners, customers, and employees. In addition to contributions at Salesforce, Leszek serves on the advisory boards of WAKE International, Make A Difference Inc., and Room to Read, providing insights on technology systems and promoting social equity. Prior experience includes a senior technical writing position at Innovative Interfaces. Leszek holds a B.S. in Linguistics and Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Linguistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

WAKE engages technologists and experts from innovative companies to maximize results for global women’s organizations. WAKE links high-impact, innovative women’s organizations to technology tools and expertise from leading companies to help organizations accelerate their impact and scale their work. We work closely with our private sector partners to provide tools, products, advisers and resources. Women’s organizations are leading the charge to address the most critical issues impacting women and girls, including gender-based violence, trafficking, child marriage, access to healthcare and education, political participation, and economic empowerment.
