Alexus McKoy is a dedicated school psychologist currently employed by Wake County Public School System since August 2025. Prior to this role, Alexus worked with Cumberland County Schools where 70+ cognitive and social-emotional assessments were conducted and individualized intervention plans were developed in collaboration with educators, families, and service providers. As a school psychologist intern at Carolina Psychological Health Services, responsibilities included administering and scoring assessments for clients with medical and psychiatric difficulties.
