Candice Robinson

Candice Robinson is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong background in special education and school operations. Currently serving as an Instructional Facilitator and Special Education Lead at Wake County Public School System since November 2017, Candice has successfully created customized curricula for special needs students by leveraging data tracking and individualized IEPs. Previously, Candice held the position of Director of Operations and Head of School at The Exploris School, where leadership and strategic policy enhancements led to significant operational improvements. Early career roles include Senior Administrator and Leader of Training & Development, as well as financial analyst roles at Wake County Public School System, and Assistant Principal at Johnston County Schools, showcasing a robust commitment to educational excellence and staff development. Candice holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master's in School Administration from East Carolina University and additional Master's degrees from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees from Michigan State University.
