Kathleen Mulder

Kathleen Mulder has extensive experience in education, primarily within the Wake County Public School System since August 2007, where roles have included Instructional Facilitator, Literacy Coach, and Elementary Math Intervention Teacher. Responsibilities have encompassed analyzing data to support targeted math instructional strategies, coordinating the district-wide implementation of the NC Read to Achieve program, and designing professional development for educators. Kathleen has also served as an independent contractor for Lexia Learning, facilitating training sessions on literacy fundamentals. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Sylvan Learning Centers, focusing on client relationships and educational program development. Kathleen holds an M.Ed. in Elementary Education and a BA in History from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
