Natascha Brooks Genova is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various teaching and administrative roles within the Wake County Public School System. Currently serving as the Assistant Principal of Instruction, Natascha has effectively supported blended and online learning initiatives, driven school improvement projects, and fostered collaboration among students, teachers, and community stakeholders. Natascha's prior roles include that of a Language Arts Teacher, Curriculum Writer, and Administrative Intern, along with contributions as a Digital Learning Presenter and Content Writer for notable educational conferences and articles. Natascha holds a Master's degree in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Virginia, along with additional education from Gardner-Webb University.
