Previously, Jala worked as a Social Media Intern at Monet Kasseen & Co where Jala played a key role in developing strategic social media plans, posting daily content, and designing original content for businesses. Jala also has experience as a Cashier at Winde Jackson Cakes where Jala managed transactions, bakery operations, and maintained a clean workspace. Jala holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from East Carolina University.
