Kandace Roe

Kandace Roe possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member on the Open Space and Parks Advisory Committee (OSAPAC) and as the Head of People Operations at INE. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Holly Hill Hospital and the Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment, as well as Human Resources Manager and Associate Consultant at PDRI, a CEB Company. Kandace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
