Rachel Bello

Rachel Bello, GISP has a diverse background in public safety and IT project management. With experience ranging from being a 9-1-1 telecommunicator to serving as the Public Safety Systems Senior Project Manager at Wake County, Rachel has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in their field. Their past roles include GIS coordination, IT management, and consultancy in public safety systems. Rachel has also held various leadership positions in organizations such as NC NENA, where Rachel served as President and Treasurer. Rachel holds a BS in Geography and Urban Planning from Appalachian State University.
