Sheneika Simmons

Sheneika Simmons is an accomplished professional serving as an Administrative Manager at Wake County since December 2024. As the Founder of Simmons Leadership Services since April 2022, Sheneika has a strong background in education and program management, having previously worked as a Program Manager at WakeEd Partnership and the Public School Forum of North Carolina. In addition, Sheneika has contributed to the BOOST Collaborative as a BOOST Ambassador, advocating for youth development and education. Sheneika's teaching experience spans several years in middle school settings across various institutions, including Wake County Public School System and Northampton County Schools. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ferrum College, a Master of Science in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University School of Education, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Services at Walden University.
