Chad Grotegut M.D.

Chad Grotegut MD MBA serves as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Vice Chair of Obstetrics at Wake Forest Baptist Health and holds a professorship at Wake Forest University since November 2020. Previously, Chad Grotegut was the Chief Medical Officer at Nixxi and held various medical leadership roles at Duke University Hospital, including Medical Director of the Women’s Clinical Service Unit and Labor and Delivery Unit. Chad Grotegut's academic tenure at Duke University includes positions as Associate and Assistant Professor, and a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Chad Grotegut obtained an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an MD from Temple University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
