Michelle Reed

Michelle Reed, MBA, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Operations and Administration for the MD Program at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist since April 2023. Previously, Michelle held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Guilford County Schools and the City of Seattle. Michelle's extensive experience in project management includes roles at the University of Washington as Executive Director of Capital Planning and Portfolio Management, Augusta University Health as Director of Facility Planning, and JLL as Integrated Program Manager and Senior Occupancy Planner. Notable contributions include leading diverse project teams with over $28 million in projects and achieving significant cost savings through strategic planning efforts. Michelle holds an MBA in Project Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a BA in Architectural Design with Urban Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
