Nga Nguyen

Nga Nguyen, MD, MPH, currently serves as a Resident Physician in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist since June 2023. Previously, Nga Nguyen was a Department of Dermatology Research Fellow at Mass General Brigham from August 2021 to July 2023 and a Resident Physician at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023. Additionally, Nga Nguyen co-founded and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LiRA, which focuses on AI-based lip-reading software aimed at empowering voiceless individuals. Nga Nguyen's earlier experience includes working as a Specialist Engineer and an Automation Engineering Intern at Merck. Academic achievements include a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Doctor of Medicine from UNC School of Medicine, and a Master of Public Health from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
