Rhonda Mason

Rhonda Mason is an experienced professional in teammate and employee relations, currently serving as the Director of Teammate Relations at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rhonda was a Senior Teammate Relations Advisor at Atrium Health and has held various positions in employee and labor relations, including an Employee & Labor Relations Advisor at Prince George's County Public Schools and an AVP in Employee Relations at Wells Fargo. Rhonda has extensive experience in coaching, counseling, and managing employee relations concerns, as well as ensuring compliance with labor agreements and policies. Rhonda's career also includes significant roles in human resources management at ULLICO and Sunbelt Rentals, demonstrating a strong capability in building partnerships with leadership and overseeing HR operations. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fisk University.
