Theresa Oniffrey

Theresa Oniffrey, PA-C, MPH, EMT-P, currently serves on the Geriatric Medicine team at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, focusing on patient-centered care for older adults in various settings since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Cerus Consulting, LLC, Program Manager for the School Mental Health Team at the University of South Carolina, Research Associate in the Office of Research at the Arnold School of Public Health, Graduate Assistant at the same institution, and Research Associate II at the Piedmont Research Center. Earlier work also involved veterinary care as a Veterinary Technician at Morrisville Cat Hospital and an internship at the Carnivore Preservation Trust. Theresa holds a Master's degree in Medical Science from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health from the University of South Carolina, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Animal Sciences and Zoology from North Carolina State University.
