Amy Viola

Amy Viola has extensive experience in management and operations within academic and insurance sectors. Since October 2015, Amy has held multiple roles at Wake Forest University, progressing from Administrative Assistant to Associate Director of the Master of Science in Management Program and Summer Initiatives. Prior to this, Amy spent over seven years at GMAC Insurance in various managerial positions, including Integrated Marketing Manager and Market Manager. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Integon Insurance Corporation as a Technology Specialist, and roles in claims management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration from Appalachian State University.
