Amy Wallis

Amy Wallis, PhD, SPHR, serves as a Full Professor of Practice in Organizational Behavior and Ethics at Wake Forest University since July 2012, where responsibilities include teaching leadership, organizational behavior, team development, business ethics, and change management in various instructional formats. As the founder of Wallis Consulting, Amy provides human resources consulting and executive advisory services to small to midsized private equity sponsored companies, focusing on executive coaching and strategic human resources development. Additionally, Amy holds positions on the Board of Directors for Outdoor Living Supply and Rarebreed Veterinary Partners, and previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sunbelt Solomon after starting as a consultant. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in International Language/Business from the University of Scranton.
