Ashley Graham Phipps

Ashley Graham Phipps has extensive experience in higher education and marketing with a strong focus on data analytics, employer relations, and communications. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Data Analytics at Wake Forest University since September 2014, Ashley has led data analysis initiatives impacting over 5,000 student records and trained staff and students on utilizing Handshake and Microsoft PowerBI effectively. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Employer Relations Coordinator, where Ashley coordinated career treks and developed relationships with alumni to enhance student employment opportunities. Before joining Wake Forest University, Ashley operated Van Poole Marketing & Public Relations Solutions, providing tailored marketing strategies to clients, and held positions in public relations, event management, and IT consulting. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wake Forest University.
