Lisa L. Simmons

Lisa L. Simmons has an extensive career in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications at Wake Forest University since September 2002, where responsibilities include developing and managing email newsletters to facilitate effective communication among key stakeholders. Prior roles at Wake Forest include Associate Director of Employer Relations, where Lisa led a team in managing talent acquisition projects, coordinated large recruiting events, and handled logistics for campus recruitment. Previous experience includes serving as Business Manager and Assistant Photographer at Ed Simmons Photography, owning and managing Ed's Corvette with a focus on web-based sales, and holding the position of Assistant Vice President at Wachovia Corporation, where Lisa specialized in employee benefit accounts.
