Sarah Cave

Sarah Cave currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy & Donor Engagement and the Director of Development at Wake Forest University, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Sarah worked at Marts & Lundy, Inc. as a Consultant from January 2016 to April 2023, collaborating with over 35 clients, including notable organizations such as The Cleveland Orchestra and Delta Gamma, to enhance their development strategies and campaign executions. Prior experience includes a decade at Ford & Associates as a Development Consultant specializing in independent schools and a brief tenure as Interim Director of Development at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School. Sarah began a career in development at Agnes Scott College, where as Annual Fund Director, strategic initiatives successfully revitalized the annual fund program. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English/Theatre from Wake Forest University.
