Shauna McNeil

Shauna McNeil is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in student organization administration and Greek life. Currently serving as the Director of Student Organizations and Programs at Wake Forest University since February 2021, McNeil previously held several key positions at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2006 to 2021, including Associate Director of Student Activities and Director of Student Organizations and Greek Life. McNeil's expertise includes oversight of over 150 student organizations, mentorship of administrative staff, and the development of policies for the Greek community. Additionally, McNeil has facilitated programs at CAMPUSPEAK and held administrative roles at Bucknell University and North Carolina Wesleyan College, focusing on fraternity and sorority life. McNeil earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from East Carolina University, a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Augustine's College.
