Tiffany Campbell, MS, RD, CSSD, LDN, currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Football Nutrition and Director of Sports Nutrition at Wake Forest University, a position held since August 2020. Previously, Tiffany held the role of Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of Oklahoma from March 2013 to February 2020 and at Baylor University from June 2012 to March 2013. Tiffany began the professional journey as a Dietetic Intern at Murray State University from August 2011 to May 2012, and gained experience as a Sports Nutrition Intern and Food Science Teaching Assistant at The University of Alabama and the University of Oregon, respectively.
