D. Veronica Creech, CDE, MPA, MSW, is an accomplished social entrepreneur and economic development leader currently serving as the Chief Economic Development & External Engagement Officer at Advance Community Health. With extensive experience spanning multiple organizations, Creech founded CreechCommunities, LLC, focusing on safe and affordable rental housing to promote community development. Previous roles include Vice President of Economic Development & External Engagement at Saint Augustine’s University, where innovative funding streams were secured, and Equitable Economic Development at the City of Raleigh, where a model for equitable growth was developed. Creech has also held significant positions at EveryoneOn, First Book, and Nurse-Family Partnership, demonstrating a commitment to social justice and community engagement.
