Daniel A. Young

Co-Director, Musculoskeletal Imaging & Musculoskeletal Radiologist at Wake Radiology Consultants, P.A.

Dr. Daniel Young joined Wake Radiology in 2018 and currently serves as co-director of the musculoskeletal imaging section. Dr. Young is a graduate of the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. He continued his education at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Hospital in Manhasset, NY for his internship in internal medicine. He completed his residency in diagnostic imaging at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Young then completed his fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut.

In addition to his leadership responsibilities at Wake Radiology Dr. Young is a musculoskeletal radiologist. He is a member of the American College of Radiology (ACR), American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), North Carolina Medical Society (NCMS), Phi Beta Kappa, and Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
