Zachary Kistinger

Zachary Kistinger is a seasoned mining professional with extensive experience in engineering and production roles. Currently serving as a Mine Engineer at Wake Stone Corporation since February 2021, Kistinger ensures safe operations, manages mine ventilation, supervises the mine crew, and contributes as an active member of the mine rescue team. Previously, Kistinger held the position of Production Superintendent at LafargeHolcim for eight years, where responsibilities included overseeing production activities and maintaining safety standards. Earlier internships with companies such as CalPortland, Unimin Corporation, and Round Mountain Gold Corporation provided valuable hands-on experience in surveying, project management, and operational support. Kistinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Montana Technological University.
