Toby Gwazdacz

Toby Gwazdacz has extensive experience in the entertainment and media industry. Toby currently holds the role of Commercial Director at both Boomtown Fair and Wake The Tiger, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Vision Nine Group from June 2016 to April 2022 as Head of Rights & Partnerships. In this role, Toby led a team of salespeople and achieved revenue targets for the company. Before joining Vision Nine Group, Toby served as an Account Manager at Factory Media from December 2015 to June 2016, where they sold digital marketing rights and creative media solutions. Toby also worked as a Commercial Manager at IMG from June 2015 to November 2015. Earlier in their career, Toby held the position of Sales Executive at Haymarket Publishing from February 2011 to January 2012, where they negotiated advertising campaigns for various publications. In 2010, they worked as an Events Marketing Executive at Sports Vision, where they assisted the marketing team with the delivery of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for music and action sports events.

Toby Gwazdacz completed their education at two different institutions. From 1994 to 2004, they attended King Edwards School Bath, but they did not receive a specific degree or study field during this time. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management & Psychology at Oxford Brookes University.
