Allison M. Berger

Allison M. Berger has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Wakefern Food Corp., a position held since April 2008, with previous titles including Group Vice President and VP of Compliance and Risk Management. Prior to Wakefern, Berger was a Partner in the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department at Fox Rothschild LLP from November 2000 to April 2008. Earlier in the career, Berger practiced as an Associate specializing in Creditor's Rights at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and Kasen & Kasen Attorneys at Law, and gained experience in Corporate law at Duane Morris LLP and Mesirov, Gelman, Jaffe, Cramer and Jamieson. Berger holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BS in Business Management from Binghamton University School of Management.
