Emmy Hume

Emmy Hume is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Produce Procurement Manager at Wakefern Food Corp. since March 2019, Emmy has also held the position of Senior Regional Sourcing Category Manager. Prior experience includes roles at AMC Direct from October 2008 to March 2018 as General Manager, Procurement and Technical Manager, and Procurement Manager. Additionally, Emmy worked in procurement at MMUK from May 2007 to October 2008 and began a career as a Technologist at Mack Multiples from January 1999 to May 2007. Emmy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agricultural Engineering from Stellenbosch University, completed between 1995 and 1998, along with education at Riebeek College, South Africa from 1990 to 1994.
